Refund Policy

• For any refund request within 14 days of purchase, please contact the brand's customer service by sending an email with your contact details and your order number to: info.numeroone@gmail.com OR in the "contact" section of the site.
• /!\ Underwear and swim briefs cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

• For your refund request to be valid, the product must be unused and unworn and must be returned in its original box/pouch. A refund will be issued upon receipt of the item and validation of these criteria by the refund team.
